Information you choose to provide may include account details, fitness goals, age range, height, weight, activity level, workout records, food logs, progress entries, support messages, and subscription information. Calculator inputs entered on this website are processed in your browser unless a tool clearly states otherwise.
2. Information collected automatically
When enabled, hosting, security, and analytics services may collect device type, browser type, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, referring page, timestamps, crash data, and interaction events. RizzFit does not use website calculator inputs for advertising profiles.
3. How information is used
- Provide and personalize workouts, nutrition targets, and progress features.
- Operate accounts, subscriptions, customer support, and service communications.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve performance.
- Analyze aggregated product usage and develop new features.

4. Health and fitness information
Fitness data can be sensitive. RizzFit uses it to provide features you request. RizzFit is not a healthcare provider, and its services are not intended to create a doctor-patient relationship or store regulated medical records on behalf of a healthcare provider.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with vendors that provide hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payment processing, and app distribution. They may process information only for contracted services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. RizzFit does not sell personal information for money.
6. Data retention
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and protect platform security. Retention periods vary by data type. Account deletion requests may not remove information that must be retained by law or preserved in secure backups until normal deletion cycles complete.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information. You may withdraw optional consent and opt out of non-essential communications. Submit requests through the contact address below. Identity verification may be required before completing a request.
8. Security
RizzFit uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your device, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Children
RizzFit is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. RizzFit does not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact support.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, RizzFit uses recognized safeguards for international transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice may be provided in the app when appropriate.
